THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO BAD WEATHER

Who: 6th-8th grade students (includes rising 6th Graders and 9th Graders) 

What to bring: Swim suit, tube to float on, snack in a waterproof container, water bottle, sunscreen, sack lunch for after we finish while waiting for parents, mask

Where: We will meet at the Monkton tube rental shop 

How long: The trip takes 2.5 hours to float and 30min to walk to the start point so plan for 3-3.5 hours total - we will meet at the Monkton rental shop at 10 and plan to be done at 1 or 1:30.

NOTE: Students need to supply their own float tubes which can be purchased on amazon fro 15-30$. Tubes can also be rented but the cost is very similar to the cost of purchasing online and there is a chance that the rental place may run out as it is a popular summer activity. There is no additional cost for the trip. 

All students must be able to swim to attend this event.
